Heartfelt Creations ~ A Classic Rose Easel Card

Hi Friends,

Today I have a special treat for all of you. I have created a beautiful card that I am so proud of. A friend of mine shared a written tutorial of hers on how she shapes her Classic Roses using just the Heartfelt Creations Classic Rose Die along with the Groove Golf Tools. As you can see I have created an easel style card designed around the color scheme from the Heartfelt Creations Climbing Clematis Paper Collection. These rich purples and greens just make me swoon. I added touches of silver to add an extra hint of elegance and class and it really all came together nicely.

Shaping the flowers with the Grooved Golf tools was a bit challenging but the end result was so life like that it was well worth the effort. If you have hand issues though I would advise using the 3D Flower Shaping Mold that coordinated with this set and Emma Lou's online 2 hour class called "How to Create Elegant Roses & All Occasion Gift Baskets" which will give you a very similar look.
