Now for my first project, I have taken step by step photos so you can easily see how the
Pinafore Build-A-Card Die Set works. It is quite genius, and so easy to use.

Using a pre cut card base (Mine was 6x6") with the fold to the top. Simply hang the top section over the top of the card and run it through your die cut machine to create the top fold of this shaped card.
I have cut out most of the pieces now from the die set and am about to begin assembling but before doing that I thought I would run a 1/8" ribbon through the little eyelet waist band die.
Using double sided adhesive I attached the laced band to the waistline and then created a little bow attaching it with a glue dot.
Using the flower dies that come along with this build a card die set I cut out several flowers and layered then and added a simple pearl to the centers.
I then added them around the neckline for a frilly little girl look.
Here is my final project. This was so fun to create!!!
Now it is time to hop along to Kirsten Hyde's blog. Make sure to leave messages in the comment sections for each stop along the way!!!
