Sparkle N Sprinkle ~ Copic Coloring On Glitter.

Hi Friends,

I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. I have a new card to share with all of you today. I created this using products from Sparkle N Sprinkle. This is a "new to me"  technique using the

Lovely Magnolia Stamp Set by Sparkle N Sprinkle.

Sparkle N Sprinkle Supplies Used:

This is the first time I have stamped, colored, and embossed on
SNS Sticker Paper Here is how I did it...

Step 1:  I simply cut down a piece of Glitter Paper. Did you know SNS Sticker Paper is ONLY $3.50??? What a bargain!

Step 2: Carefully peel the backing of the sticker paper and sprinkle Cloud Nine Glitter G2000 onto the sticky side and burnish i with your finger. As always, use a coffee filter under your project so you can easily pour it back into the container.

Step 3: Now your ready to stamp and color. I used a stamp platform for this step and then began coloring with my Copic Markers. I started with R81 which is my lightest color.

Step 4: Choose your second darkest color, I used R83. You are going to place this in the shadow areas if your flower.

Step 5: Using your darkest color add sparingly in those darkest shadowed areas. I used R85

Step 6: Blend out the darkest areas into the lighter areas with your lightest marker. Do this step by step in all of the areas. I like to do one small area at a time.

When you use your Copic markers on glitter do color gently so you do not mess up your nibs.
Here is a close up of my coloring. I added some Nuvo Dew Drops in Rosewood to the petals.

Here is the finished card once again. I hope you have enjoyed today's project.

Hugs, Melanie
